We look forward to demoing this innovative technology across the country,” said Erik Moreno, co-general manager, Mobile Content Venture. “The addition of the Audiovox mobiletv receiver allows a broader audience to enjoy local news coverage while on-the-go, and we are thrilled to demonstrate the ease and convenience of this device,” added Salil Dalvi, co-general manager.

The National Coffeehouse Mobile TV Tech Tour from Dyle mobile TV follows the announcement that Audiovox mobiletv is available at leading regional, national and online retailers. The national tour aims to raise awareness about mobile TV for local residents, and offer local media in-person access to the network executives leading the industry effort. Developed by Siano, the world’s leading supplier of mobile broadcast DTV solutions, the receiver delivers mobile TV in 38 markets, reaching 57 percent of the U.S, delivering live broadcast TV, including local and national news, sports and entertainment programming to mobile devices.

With no need for a data plan or Internet connection, the compact wireless unit fits right into your pocket, can be taken anywhere and can be moved around indoors to find a location with the best reception or can be used for rear-seat in car entertainment. In addition, Dyle mobile TV delivers live broadcast without tapping into users’ data plans.

MSRP on the device is $129.99 with an expected holiday pricing of $99.99 and is available at select regional, national and online retailers.

Dyle mobile TV service requires the download of the free Dyle® Mobile TV App by Siano, available on Google Play and the App Store. Coverage varies in participating markets, not all stations are available in all markets.
